What a great service.

Today i had a problem i wanted to discuss with someone at head office i phoned the club and spoke to a young lady by the name of Nikky(think spelling right)i told her that i had made a boo boo with my outfit whilst on the club web site, no problem she said and fixed me out in a jiffy,whilst i was on she noticed that my insurance was up for renewal,she took me through my policy and that was taken care of also, the reason i am writing this is i have never come across a more pleasant young lady doing her job, we spoke not only about caravans n things, but about family and how long my good lady and i have been married, (46yrs)all i want to say is well done Nikky?it was a pleasure talking to you on the phone.
