Value for money

I was interested to read in the May issue of the Club magazine the article on page 26 regarding signage.

As club members we are continually being faced with ever increasing costs, not just for our leisure time interests, and I personally would rather see the club reduce its prices for members on its club sites rather than the introduction of new signs.

My wife and I are fortunate that we can get away when and where we please but for many members that is not the case. Many are constrained as to where and when they can use their vans and the fact that they are penalised by having to pay higher rates at particular times of the year seems very unfair - and not in the best interests of the members.

What would you rather have – less expensive pitch rates or ‘prettier’signs and notices? 

I know what my answer is!
