the front page

I'm not sure if this is the correct section, but looking at the front page of the CC web site. The discussion columb is so out of date that it looks like no one used it since last year.  Why are you promoting the pop song ???. The MOT for caravans should have been given more space as that is of more interest to the CC members, IMO. Who decides what goes on the front page ?
