I had to telephone the club today to make an enquiry.
The telephone was answered quickly, the service I received was efficient. The person on the other end of the phone was helpful, friendly and I believed he genuinely wanted to help.
This reflects normal service whenever I've telephoned the club.
I just want to say well done!
