Site night vouchers - new rules

I discovered today that anyone wishing to use site night vouchers now has to show the credit card that earned them when booking in. This is apparently to stop the trade in reselling them on fleabay etc (which i agree with, but can think of easier ways to stop this ). I tend to give mine to a family member who is also a member but has a young family so costs are higher for him per night. I wont be able to do this in future unless i'm with them.  What do other members think of this move by the club - fair or not ?
