Prime Pitches

What makes a pitch a `prime pitch`?  Not everyone wants the same type of pitch.  Some want to be in full sun, some want to be in the shade under trees.  Some want to be close to the facilities block, others do not.  Those with children probably want to be close to the play area, those without do not.  Those with dogs probably pitch close to the dog walk.  We all seem to like to pitch differently.
