A friend of mine who spends 6 months in Portugal has joined the Orbitur sites network. He has

sent me a text saying someone told him he could get members rates on C&MH Sites.

Has anyone heard this .

It is not shown on the Orbitur card website as one of the "perks" that is available ,so best contact Orbitur or the club

There seem to be other cards which give membership rates to non-CMC members, such as the Camping Key Europe card which is available to us through our ADAC membership, and to members of European Camping Organisations. On another forum discussion last year someone reported that holders of the card were able to access C&MC rates. I haven't tried it as we don't use our caravan in this country, but perhaps non-members who have a Camping Key Europe from elsewhere might be able to confirm or refute this.
