Non members on sites, why?

Just wondered what members think about the club policy of allowing non members on sites, especially when spaces are now very limited at peak times, also are tge non members made aware of the rules, such as no ball games round pitches and behavioural aspects and respects, and then how are they to be "punished" if they misbehave? Club members can have their membership withdrawn. It is also our experience that member only sites are far more respected by the visitors and the facility blocks less abused, the dog mess hardly ever and the children well behaved. A club should be a club for members and members only, the cost of membership is not expensive in todays market, so come on members, make the club A CLUB
