Nightmare near Corby!

I'm staying at Ferry Meadows this week and went out and about in the car to visit English Heritage sites in the area today- coming out of Corby, unfortunately can't remember the road number, there is a stretch of road where suddenly you come across two short 20mph zones- reason that there is a weight problem with two 'bridges' - they must be just conduits under the road, as you can't see any sign of bridges- anyway, the road is severely narrowed with tall concrete wall sections, presumably to stop larger and heavier vehicles crossing these damaged areas- I had to take great care to get through each area without scraping the wing mirrors of my car... the point of reporting this is, I don't recollect seeing any adequate warning for drivers towing caravans or driving motorhomes, which clearly would not get through these restrictions! Frown
