New glossy site "Welcome Pack"

What's with the new glossy "Welcome Pack" folder and equally glossy A4 site information leaflet? It seems a totally unecessary expense for the Club and a waste of membership fees. The old single folded A4 sheet was fine.  If the folder was sponsored and didn't have any actual cost to the Club then I probably wouldn't have any gripe with it. Can I encourage all members to do as we did this week and return it to the wardens once it has been read, so it can be re-used.
