New Directory and Public Houses

I think the use of the beer tankard symbol in the new 2013/14 directory linked to CL entries may cause some confusion.  Within the web search feature the beer tankard is clearly linked to CL's linked to Public Houses. I was therefore horrified to spot the symbol as part of my entry as I'm definetely not a Public House site. I then noticed a significant number of other CL's with the symbol and checked the meaning in the back of the directory. It says 'CL on Public House Site or nearby'. In my case nearby means 0.75 of a mile! Just tried the search facility and selecting the beer tankard only brings up Public House CL's so there is currently an inconsistency between the web site and the CC Directory as to meaning of the symbol.I would be interested to know what others think.
