Locked handbook discussion

We have the worse handbook ever and discussion is immediately restricted by locking the discussion. What is going on? Is it worth renewing membership this year?

When you see a locked discussion you do need to view the thread, especially if the last post is by a moderator, as there is usually an explanation as to why it was locked.We try our best to keep discussions under just one heading to save confusion. Hope you have found the main discussion linked to by EasyT.

then why are there 2 discussions about the Esso card on the go.

Moderator Comment - It was justified leaving it as a separate discussion because the subject matter was totally different to the main discussion.
