Leisure vehicle survey sunk without trace

For those that regularly see members within these discussion pages asking for help and advice about quality and reliability of leisure vehicles; you could not fail to understand how important and eagerly awaited the results are.

The magazine published an initial article which provided little information of even less use. It appears that the promise by the magazine to provide follow up articles has not materialised.

Personally I find it difficult to justify this lack of communication or activity when considering all the cc members efforts to provide raw data. I don' t want to speculate as to why this has been our experience, but it doesn't look good for our club or magazine.

It might be a simple case of :-   The members survey results were not the "right" results.

to quote Sir Humphrey:

to censor someting is the act of a totalitarian regime, to not publish something is standard procedure

Frim what I recall of the survey, the questions asked were so pointless (obviously put together by a research company that has never seen a caravan) that the answers were always going to be equally pointless.

This is a duplication of another post but I do agree with what is said here and it looks like a waste of money.
