just to make members aware if they have a problem with any caravan related purchase that may not be 'fit for the purpose' they were bought for.  The Caravan Club legal team are brilliant about giving advice on getting a refund should the relailer or manufacturer be unprepared to help you. Our example was an awning which we bought through our credit card company and with help of the caravan club legal experts, after following their advice we did get a full refund.
