How do I show membership on my avatar

All we need now is a photo, Natasha!

If you want to put a photo I gather from various posts it can't be done from an ipad/iphone as they don't have adobe flash which I believe is needed. Also the photo I think needs to be 2mb or less in size so resizing possibly would be needed.
