Gift voucher

we bought our friends a gift membership in early November and we thought we would get a voucher for a club stay because surely if you are buying a membership for a friend through your membership that's classed as a recommendation? 

We rarely stay on club sites due to the bonkers prices but was looking forward to a voucher to treat ourselves one day.
