Demographics!

Does anyone know if the Club produces a record of how the membership is made up, eg, age group, ethnicity, regional membership? I admit to not trawling through the Annual report that is published with the Club magazine, but cannot recall seeing anything that determines the marketing/equality/recruitment policy for the Club. There will probably be a statement regarding equality in Club handbook, but being a nosy so and so, and having a marketing background, I need to know more. In all our years with Club (20+) I cannot recall any kind of survey that would determine how the Club meets the needs of it's members, and ensures that the membership is attractive to potential new recruits. How or where might this be found?
