Club Site reviews

We are just back from a weeks stay at a CC site & recieved the usual e mail from the club welcoming us back and asking  us  "To help us improve our service to you we'd really appreciate your feedback on this site." I then took time to read previous reviews from this site & others. Lots of reviews for this particular site, among comments about the area, other campers etc there were comments specific to the site itself echoed by almost all the reviewers since 2012 (as far back as the reviews went). Two particularly, regarding the toilet block & total lack of WiFi came up constantly.

So my question s, Do the CC actully read any of these reviews ? If so perhaps some comment from them to that effect with perhaps a mention that these problems had been noted & were being looked at by themselves.
