Changing contact details on 'Profile' on website..

I have been trying to change my mobile number on my profile but it never seems to work and after going to "edit" and changing it then saving the changes it just goes back to the old number. Is there a problem or am I doing something stupid!!!

 Same happened to me !! WHY did'nt they swop ALL the details over when setting up the new system ??  ??.

I have tried umpteen times to edit my details, it just won't work for me on iPad. Have now given up, have a life to live, away from the frustrations of trying to cope with this website.

I think that (like a lot of the Caravan Club bookings/insurance/etc) you'll have to ring up and ask them to alter your details on 'their system' then it might change on here.

Perhaps everyone should start ringing to ask them to amend details, and then they might do something to the website to avoid all the calls.
