I've just received a letter from the Club regarding my annual membership renewal, (which is by direct debit).
In with the letter is a flyer telling me that I need to take action to renew my Centre membership. I can either post back the leaflet (at my expense), or go on-line to renew.
Which I tried and got this message:
Your centre membership
You are currently a member of the X Centre. Your centre membership is due to expire on 28/02/2013.
You will be able to renew your centre membership online from 08/02/2014
Now I may be missing something here, but it seems to say that I can't renew my Centre membership until 345 days have passed and there will only be 20 days left of my Club membership?
Make sense to anyone?
