CC telephone staff, credit where credit is due

I, like many others, get fed up with some daft things the CC do, and I sometimes voice this on here. However, I also like to point out when the service of any business is good. I have had cause to ring the CC three times in the last month, and on each occasion the response from the members of staff on the other end of the phone has been excellent. Always helpful, clear, cheerful, polite but nicely chatty. The very best of many companies I can think of. They seem very well trained in their jobs and it is a pleasure to speak to them. Well done!  Now IT staff please take their lead and sort out this site asap, especially the classifieds section!

Have to agree, any direct contact with the club (including emails) are always dealt with as you would hope they would be.

Agree that the telephone staff always try to answer any queries and have always been very polite to deal with.

However, the responses to written communications leaves a lot to be desired. I have just waited 3 weeks for a response (I know this covered the Xmas/New Year periods) which unfortunately didn't fully answer my query and have now waited a further 3 days with no response.

Have just been reading another thread where people have been told they will get a response within 20 working days only to be told there has been a technical error so they will have to wait a further 20 days - not my idea of servicešŸ˜”
