We're changing our caravan tomorrow and I've just taken out a new policy with the Club but I can't find where or how to cancel the old policy on the previous caravan. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Do they not do Substitutions of caravans? That is, carry on with the same policy but charge you an additional (or return) premium. Strange.

I'm almost certain they used to - at least they did when we changed our van in 2016, as far as I can remember....

Just to be clear, you cannot buy caravan insurance from the Club.

Why would you take out another policy when you already have one. Do you take out a new one when you change the car and then hope to cancel the old one. just give them a call and transfer the policy to the new caravan and pay the difference.
