Just been looking at the email ref the above.

I got quite excited at the prospect until I saw the price! £563 for 2 people 😳!

I can have around 10 weeks away on CL's for that!

I think that's great. By not going I save over £500 and avoid Chris Evans at the same time ! Happy  days cool

Daughter went twice, took our caravan and for 3 nights plus entry and all entertainment less than £300.00

After attending the CF South event as day visitors last year, we considered this 'offer', until the fee page opened and showed £571...

... and your towcar is parked in a field that could be far far away...

... and the site becomes a quagmire like last year...

... and you add in the 'festival' prices of everything you might purchase...

.. or just look at, scan on your phone and see the off 'festival' vendors prices...

... even though its all about charity, apparently. Someone is making a killing in the money not going to charity.

Richard Ashcroft was particularly good last year.

Far better value 'festivals' over the summer. Countryfile live at Blenheim using Bladon Chains is a good example of reasonable fees and choice of what you give to charity. Supporting organisations such as O2 provide free entry tickets via your mobile for example. CAMC fees are not inflated at BC.

Our cruise earlier in August is far better vfm, 5* luxury, as much as you can eat and drink, entertainment, visiting places we've not been to before etc to give context.

I dont know, if they paid me £600 I MIGHT be persuaded to go. Chris Evans or no Chris Evans,

not for any less though.
