Whilst I appreciate that late cancellations are annoying and sometimes inconsiderate. The rule about possibly losing all future bookings if two late cancellation are madwho concerns me. I recently had a booking on a site for a weekend, as I work full time sleek ends are precious. Often allowing only one full day. Well into the week the weather forcast was getting worse and by Thursday it was wet with very strong winds for the Saturday, as much as we like walking it really would have been a waste of time and money But cancelling would have meant a warning re future cancellations. Surely come other system can be introduced that does not penalise on occasions such as this. Equally the decision is arbitrary in that irrespective of the reason a 'warning' is still given.
