Any accurate update, rather than speculative

All sorts of things are flying round that are confusing folk on the various facebook forums etc. Just read one chap being instructed to send his vouchers into head office 10 days before his journey to ensure he can spend them ? 😱 . They assumed this club was doing the same as the other club !
Think its important that clear advise is given here if possible as it is confusing !
Please can anyone give ACCURATE info from the top....on how we are paying with vouches...... rather than speculative ?
I know its okay saying it will all be in place ...but if someone could let us know round about now , it might stop this chap sending all his vouchers  back to you .
Appreciate any help thanks . Tried to ask the head office etc ...no answer. I know they are busy . Thanks

 Moderator Edit:

We have other discussions already on the current situation and what will happen on 4th July, and in particular on how to make use of vouchers so, to avoid duplication, I'm locking this thread.

Just get off Twitface and read all the information posted by the Club. If you go to the Club logo on the home page, click on the logo and all the C19 updates are there. Folks like to invent things on Facebook, a dose of the real world is good advice every now and then...

Edit, here’s the information page.

Sadly it doesn't answer the question though . It states a system will be in place ...but doesnt say what that system is ? One chap thinks the system is to send the vouchers off . 🤷‍♀️ . Clarification in detail needed here . And that isnt answered on the website yet , or on the link sadly

You need to read all the information provided. It clearly states that they have a phone in for arrivals so that you can either phone reception on arrival, presumably to give card details AND the voucher number to reception, who will then deal with your payment. Or, it might be a phone call prior to setting off if signal on site is not good.

Afternoon

It's a huge job of work planning the arrivals process to us and you safe. The details haven't been finalised for us yet but I can tell you that you'll be able to use your vouchers to pay on arrival at site.

Don't believe all you read on social media, fake news is everywhere!

Oh well back to the groundwork, only 8 days left to get the sites readysmile
