Over 2 weeks ago I renewed our CC membership Online and then forgot about it. Yesterday I checked our account and as there were sufficient funds I made a purchase. The account also shows the balance available and also any pending payments.
Today the account shows as overdrawn as it has taken the CC more than TWO weeks to process the payment. Luckily we have sufficient funds in another account so was able to transfer money.
Any one know why it takes the CC more than two weeks to process a payment? Next year we will wait until the membership has expired before renewing and then will send a cheque. We don't like DD for annual payments.
