it seems im the only person on earth who enjoyed the caravanner of the year , i thought they had put together six completely different outfits and characters , who all enjoyed their hobby in different ways , i thought it was done well to show the cross section of campers who have one thing in common and thats their enjoyment of motor /caravanning , i wish all six could have stayed in till next week cos i enjoyed looking at their outfits ,and i wouldnt have minded pitching next to any of them ,they obviously had a lot of pride in them and deservdly so :) cheers mrs bc

I take your points as well made but surely this programme would have been more appropriately called "People who enjoy caravaning in all its different forms"? I appalaud all those who take their 'homes' in whatever form they may be in to the great outdoors. However getting these people with all their different rigs to allegedly compete against each other was just embarassing. In my opinion you simply can't compare tenting with vanning with a motor home just because they all use the same field.

I am deeply disappointed that our club has got itself involved with this programme which ridicules our great organisation.
