Am I imagining things...?

Am I imagining things or are there an increasing number of caravanners using Club sites who have no manners at all?   Last week we stayed at Stanmore Hall site.  We arrived and parked at the side of the entrance access in the 'arrivals' area and went in to check in.  Job done, we came out to find that another caravanner had pulled right up to the barrier and blocked the entrance instead of pulling in behind us in the arrivals area.  They then sauntered into the office and we had to wait 10 minutes while they checked in before we could go through the barrier.  They seemed determined to be at the front - presumably thinking they would get first choice of pitch.  However, the  joke was on them because Stanmore allocates pitches....

In the past we have in the main found fellow members to be courteous and considerate.  If I am not imagining things - that appears to be changing with more and more 'me first' mentality being evident.
