AGM

Looked at the photos of the AGM and the list of those holding senior club positions and I thought about it for a bit. 

A few things seemed to stand out. We seem to have a lot of retired businessmen ,not enough women and not many younger folk or people from different ethnic backgrounds. 

No disrespect to the hard working individuals but in  order for the club to thrive we need a wide cross section of people from all walks of life and as representative of the general membership as possible and certainly we need more ladies.
