I may have missed it somewhere but should we have received the supplement to the 2013 handbook which publishes the site fees for next year? If I remember correctly, it should come before the booking date in December so that we can make an informed choice of where to go and how much it is going to cost. Will it be with the next copy of the magazine I wonder?
