Still a lovely site

Returned to Moreton for a few days after not being for a couple of years after moving further away. It is still a favourite site. Friendly wardens on checking in. Excellent location close to the town, but take a torch if returning in the dark.Recommend the Indian restaurant on the High St and the Black Bear which is always welcoming. Handy to have the railway station for trips to Oxford and even to London if required. I like the site as several pitches are tucked away and you would not know the site was so big. The only downside is many of the pitches are very small and although classed as awning, there isn't really space for an awning let alone a car, which has to be parked partially blocking the road. I'm sure some pitches could be made into none awning pitches for those that don't need or want to erect an awning.  All in all a pleasant stay.
