October Half Term Break

We arrived to the site to find that for some reason our booking was for Cirencester (2 bookings so definitely a blip) not here, a computer blip as I have an email confirming my booking here. The lovely warden was so welcoming and helpful and assured us that there was space for use and that she would cancel the Cirencester for us.  Such a different experience to our stay a few years ago when the wardens were far less helpful and friendly.  Many thanks for being so welcoming, helpful and happy.  We all had a lovely, relaxing stay. Our only small issue was that the showers weren't very warm.
