Great site. Nice welcome from wardens. Site very busy over the weekend but when we arrived plenty of choice for pitching. Previous pitch occupants had tripped the electrics and not told the warden, so he had to come out and re connect the bollard for us. Of interest our " neighbours" had taken our nominated slot on the bollard as it was theirs that did not work. So Ace owner, Freelander driver, next time go and speak to the warden if there is a problem with the bollard. The side of the site near the road can be a little noisy so if you want peace and quiet make sure you give that side a miss. Recommend Gloucester Old Spot sausages from the butcher in Stow in the Wold- delicious. Its a long time since we have been to this site. We will return.
