Good site with a fatal flaw

This site is attractive & very well situated within walking distance of Moreton & other attractions e.g. Batsford Arboretum. It also enables easy access to nearby Cotswold villages such as Broadway & Bourton-on-the-Water. The site staff were most welcoming & very helpful. The choice of pitches was very limited on the day we arrived& we had to choose a pitch near the VERY busy road that runs alongside the site. The road noise was so intrusive and loud that it really disturbed us during the day & into the night. Fortunately, we were able to move to a quieter pitch the following day which was a great relief. Had we needed to stay on a roadside pitch we would have chosen to leave. For this reason, we would not choose to return to this site, regrettably.
