A sad change

Last weekend we visited the Moreton site which we have used many times for many years as our local site. We pitched on the side next to the club's new glamping pods due to pitches being limited. By mid afternoon the noise levels from a group using the glamping area was not conducive to relaxing. The wardens were already aware of noise issues and had spoken to them and could only say that the noise would end at 10pm. Unfortunately the noise for us was at an uncomfortable level and the site was fully booked to be the point of every pitch taken, We left the site 5pm without being able to stay the night and paying full price, Whilst packing up those around us shared that they too were not happy. Its a shame after all these years that long time members of the club are not its priority.
