Rally sites

I recently had an enquiry from a local land Owner who has two parcels of land in Perthshire and he was wondering if there was much of a need for Rally sites. One had hard standings and electric could be available,. Where should he market these sites if he decides to develop them as I would presume those sites can be open to all Clubs and Groups.
