Rallies on Clubsites

Just attended my centre's AGM.  In the past a number of Rallies have been held on clubsites.  This year there are none.

Apparently the Club is still happy to have Rallies on sites apart from the following times.

A) When the site is officially open as they can get full priced bookings fair enough.

B) When the site is closed.

Apart from that the club is happy to accomodate us.
