Facilities at rallies?

Hi,

We are fairly new to carvanning and have wondered about doing a rally.  However we have been unsure whether we would be able to do one, if have no on board toilet or washing facilities.

Are rallies usually held where you can access wash/toilet facilities, if don't have these yourself?

If got a portable loo - would there be anywhere to empty it, or do people take home?
