As someone who has attended scores of rallies IMO the following subject needs to be addressed. :-
We are hearing how CC rallying is becoming less popular among CC members over the years. SO :- In light of this, is it necessary to have so many District Rally Centres as we have now. One only for each country in the UK (Possibly 2 for England) would seem about right. Most of the rally centres have had their day and are only used, or found to be of use by a small minority of CC members.
