Hi I'm new to this but hopefully someone may be able to help me. I have Autosat2 from Cryostop which has stopped working, does anyone know who may be able to repair it for me. It's on a 2004 motorhome so I'm assuming it's about that age, but I assume it's worth repairing. Any ideas please

Deb.

Hi Deb,

My brother in-law has a different make that became faulty and the manufacturers repaired it for him, obviously at a cost.

I believe yours is made in Germany, if you check this link http://www.crystop.co.uk/ there is an email address at the bottom of the page. They may be able to advise you of an approved repairer.

I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for the link I've emailed them, wait and see if they have the right answers for me.

Thanks

Deb

When you say it has stopped working do you mean that the dish no longer opens and searches for a signal? Or does it open but won't lock onto a satellite? If it's the latter it might just be a case of a software update. I have a Mecatronic Dish which suddenly one day would not lock onto any satellite. I have just had a letter from Road Pro telling me they are awaiting a software patch from Italy.
