There's very much a water-themed aspect to Shawsmead Club Campsite as its close proximity to the coast and quaint little bays means swimming and water sports will be filling up much of your holiday time here. A peaceful meadowland campsite, you'll feel positively tiny amongst the vast open areas and wondrous views towards the coast.
Shawsmead Club Campsite in Wales situated next to the lovely village of Derwen-Gam, and is close to the Heritage Coastal Paths - a memorable experience as is the fishing and bird watching available. Along the coast, there are plenty of beaches and little coves to explore. Four golf courses nearby and the local craft centres will keep the senses stimulated. Its locality in Llanarth, Oakford means that you're never far away from the delights of the area. The campsite is close to Aberaeron, an old-fashioned small town with a sleepy harbour, pebbled beach and Regency cottages painted in pastel shades. New Quay will resonate with the artist within you with a backdrop that comes straight out of an oil painting. It's better known as a traditional fishing village where fish, lobsters and crab are part of the daily catch.

The site is perfect and we will go back, unfortunately I was unwell so we couldn’t maximise our stay but the wardens were really helpful. The facilities were warm and clean! The different levels allowed everyone to have a nice view. Site really well kept and looked after with care.
