Why stay here ...

LOW 10% refundable deposit plus FREE cancellations and FREE amendments*

Bunree Club Campsite in Onich, just 10 miles from Fort William, is a fantastic highland holiday destination and must be one of the loveliest areas on the network in scenic terms - it is, quite literally, breathtaking. Your caravan can be parked almost at the water's edge of Loch Linnhe, with your view overlooking the beauty and the splendour of the mountains across from it. You may even be lucky enough to spot sea otters from your pitch. You'll spend a day or two acclimatising to all this natural beauty at the caravan park before you even want to explore further afield.

When you do fancy an expedition, Bunree Club Campsite is near what should be one of your first ports of call - a visit to magnificent Ben Nevis. You can take a cable car to the upper terminal (2,300ft) of the Aonach Mor Mountain, for fabulous views of the whole mountain range, the Great Glen and the islands of Skye and Rhum. The site also gives you easy access to guided mountain walks if you choose. Another landmark that is not to be missed is Glencoe - you'll find it eerie and exciting being in the location of one of the most the famous massacres in history, still legendary after three centuries. You can also enjoy the journey on the Jacobite steam pulled train from Fort William to Mallaig (advance booking is advised).

Beautiful views

Bunree Club Campsite
Site is excellent for views and relaxation. Had a problem with our hook up as someone else in it so we tried the next one but that didn’t work so saw the warden who couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted it all out. The lady in reception was so lovely and friendly. Managed to do some washing but could I suggest just a spinner for spinning hand washing.

Beautiful!!!!

Bunree Club Campsite
The site, right on the loch side is so beautiful! We were greeted by a small herd of cows outside the gate, which held up the traffic lights entry system!! The facilities were plentiful and really clean The local hostelry Roam West - within walking distance serves amazing food and great beer!

One of our favourite sites.

Bunree Club Campsite
We stayed at Bunree for a night again on our travels around the NC500 recently. As usual the staff were friendly and helpful. Good clean facilities. Wonderful views and a beautiful location. We would recommend going across on the Corran ferry as a foot passenger, and doing the woodland walk, with a nice pub stop before catching the ferry back. Definitely one of our favourite sites.

Beautiful location

Bunree Club Campsite
Fantastic site, with amazing views of the Loch. Very clean site & friendly, helpful staff. Great location if passing through we stopped one night after walks in Glencoe & then went on to Ben Nevis gondola's (30 min drive) & fort William. I think when we come back we'd stay a few nights & use it as a base to explore more of the area. Over all highly recommend as a stop over or a base to explore.
