Why stay here ...

Spectacular scenery, top class amenities and a warm welcome await you here at the Glen of Aherlow Caravan and Camping Park. Situated in the heart of one of the most picturesque valleys in Co Tipperary and indeed Ireland, the site has much to boast about. Its central location means the caravan park is ideally situated for touring holidays. Woodland walks are readily accessible and the lush greenery means it's a superb area for bird watching and rambling. For those that choose to look further afield, the towering Galtee slopes and their five corrie lakes are just waiting to be explored.

Surrounded as it is by woodland and farmland, Glen of Aherlow Caravan and Camping Park offers a quiet and relaxing holiday in a country environment. The secluded and beautiful Glen of Aherlow lies between the dramatic Galtee Mountains, Ireland's highest inland mountain range, and the wooded slopes of Slievenamuck on the edge of the Golden Vale. All this is within easy walking distance of the caravan site as is the highly rated local country pub, The Glen Hotel and Aherlow House Hotel.

Great site in a lovely area

Cannot fault the site itself. Very well kept with excellent facilities. Lots of lovely walks locally but took the car to starting points as not keen to walk along the road. Went to Tipperary for the day - very disappointing but found Cashel a much better option. Nearby Aherlow... Show more

Fabulous site, wonderful views, spotless facilities and great free wifi.  Would recommend a visit to the tourist information centre behind the pub..a mine of information. All in all a gem of a site in the Emerald Isle.
