Why stay here ...

Skegness Sands has all the makings of a classic bucket-and-spade summer holiday. The caravan park boasts private access to the popular promenade plus easy access to both the beach and centre of Skegness (fondly called 'Skeggy' by the locals). Only 2 miles away, the town offers a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shopping treats.

An added bonus of Skegness Sands is that it forms part of a larger complex, which includes a pool, children's play area and toilet block fully refurbished in 2014. If you want to stock up on conveniences without any fuss, the caravan site puts you within easy walking distance from a local supermarket. A traditionally popular seaside resort in the summer, Skegness offers loads of fun outdoor activities such as golf courses, bowling greens, boating lakes, amusement parks and ornamental gardens. The famous Illuminations are another attraction not to be missed.

Fantastic site

The site is well located, spotlessly clean & very secure at night. All pitches are all weather & level with EHU. Dog & kid friendly but nice & quiet too but the best feature by far is the bathroom facilities, the best I've ever seen on a site, better than a... Show more

Avoid pitch 42

Lovely site but avoid pitch 42 as it seems people treat it as a parking space even when you have your motorhome on the pitch! This includes the site owner as she visits the hairdressers and can't be bothered to park in her own parking space even when politely asked... Show more

Near the Beach

Not very familiar with this part of the East Coast so thought we would give Skegness Sands a try. Stayed for four days in early June which unfortunately coincided with a cold snap, so we didn't see much sun! You are sent copious amounts of information by email prior to... Show more

Unwelcoming site

We stayed here in July 2022 for 2 nights mid week, the staff were efficient on booking in but very unwelcoming. A huge list of Don'ts, including dog walking, ball games, cycling other than on the paths etc, etc ( the busiest job on site must be that of the signwriter... Show more

We stayed here in March just as the season starts to open. On first arrival the staff were very helpful and explained everything well. We booked a hard standing plot which had plenty of space for a awning and a car. The ground is very hard so anybody wanting to... Show more
