Merrose Farm Club Campsitein Cornwall is an immaculately kept, well-landscaped parkland location with a great feeling of open space and good views of the surrounding countryside. The campsite is also conveniently close to a scenic coastal path for the family to explore.
If you're visiting the Truro area for the first time you have a surprise in store - the Roseland Peninsula is as pretty as its name. There are charming narrow lanes starred with flowers, quaint little fishing villages and cosy sheltered beaches. In summer, the warm climate brings dazzling splendour to local gardens. A day or two exploring some of the charming fishing villages within easy reach from the Merrose Farm Club Campsite is well worth it - places such as St Mawes, Portscatho, Portloe or Mevagissey are known for their quaint appeal. The Eden Project is also located nearby - as one of the UK's top gardens and conservation tourist attractions, this is also not to be missed. Quite simply, this campsite puts nature's bounty on your doorstep.
This campsite has a playground and play area for children along with a good-sized dog walk. A fish and chip van visits this site, please ask the site staff for details.

Directions
Turn left off the A30 (Bodmin - Redruth) at Fraddon onto the B3275 (signposted Ladock). In 7.25 miles at the T-junction turn right. In about 0.25 miles turn left onto the A390 (signposted St Austell). In about 1 mile turn right onto A3078 (signposted Tregony, St Mawes). In 9.5 miles (0.75 mile past Pendower Beach sign) turn right at the Club sign into the narrow road to site. Please note, movement in and out is controlled by traffic lights. If travelling on the A390 from St Austell, continue to the A3078, then as above. Do not use the B3287.

Perfect.
Merrose Farm Club Campsite
We are coming to the end of a three week stay at Merrose Farm. We were going to stay for two weeks but we’re able to extend our visit.
I have nothing but praise for this lovely site, the area is divine the weather has been mostly lovely only two wet days out of 21 so in our view brilliant.
The site is superbly maintained by Ruth and Phil, a lovely friendly couple who go over and above to make your stay perfect and work their socks off. The Caravan and Motorhome Club are extremely lucky to have such brilliant employees. Thank you Ruth and Phil for making our stay so memorable, we will return to your wonderful site.

Merrose Farm Club Campsite
Had a lovely week at Merrose Farm Caravan and Motorhome Club site in June despite changeable 2024 summer weather.
Lovely friendly welcome and plenty of information on arrival. The friendly, helpful wardens always have time to chat and offer advice - nothing is too much trouble. The site was busy and despite challenges they work hard and tirelessly every day with a smile and a wave keeping the site immaculate and ensuring a good time is had while staying on the site.
The facilities always spotlessly clean and site neat and tidy throughout. Fish and chips on Tuesdays are very nice, highly recommended.
If you are lucky enough to be staying when the swallows are dashing around the site it’s lovely to watch them nesting, hatching and fledging.
Will definitely return, thanks Phil and Ruth for making us feel so welcome and everything you do.

Merrose Farm Club Campsite
This is an excellent site from arrival to departure. The wardens are so very helpful and friendly, the site is immaculate and quiet, the area is unspoilt and beautiful! Near the coast path and a farm shop. Portscatho is nearby for food, shops, pubs/ cafe anda lovely little harbour. Close to excellent beaches, and many places to visit. We would absolutely recommend it, and we thank the wardens for their care, concern, work ethics and kindness! A wonderful place to relax! Another excellent stay here! Thank you wardens!

We had a wonderful stay.
The campsite is spotless, tidy, peaceful & tranquil.
The staff were welcoming & friendly & nothing was too much trouble.
Pizza's from the wagon that arrived on Sunday were delicious!
Perfect place to wind down, relax & enjoy the sounds of nature.
Will definitely visit again.

Merrose Farm Club Campsite
An excellent site. An exemplary welcome to a well laid out site, with useful information on local walks provided on arrival. Little site noise as tarmac roads around site. Facilities as usual for C&MC site. Easy access to SW Coast Path with a lovely NT flower meadow full of Early Purple Orchids at the time of our visit. Bus site at top of entrance road. We would not hesitate to recommend this site especially as access is easy for Cornwall.
