Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite is a pleasant and green location, with grass and hard standing pitches for your comfort. The caravan park is surrounded by statuesque mature trees, adding privacy to your stay whilst enhancing the area's natural beauty. Nearby Henley is said to date from the early twelfth century. It has many old and interesting buildings for you and your family to discover, and is the home of the famous Regatta in June and July. This is followed a week later by a popular music festival and traditional boat rally, which involves the odd wooden-built craft for a touch of nostalgia.

The ornate stone bridge that spans across the River Thames is a popular landmark for visitors to Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite. It dates from 1786, though there is evidence of an earlier bridge dating from as early as 1170. The town is easily reached from the caravan park and there are many antique shops, art galleries and charming boutiques for you to browse. Another fun excursion would be to take a leisurely boat ride on the lovely Thames, travelling as far afield as Marlow or even Maidenhead. The site is well placed to visit some very interesting places including Windsor Castle, Hampton Court Palace and the city of London. Legoland, approximately 15 miles drive from the site, is a great fun day out for children.

Directions

Map showing campsite location

From the East take the M4 junction 8/9 onto the A404 and then take the A4130. Cross river bridge into Henley-on-Thames. At the third set of traffic lights (including pedestrian crossing) turn right into road signposted Marlow, Oxford. In 0.25 mile at mini roundabout fork right onto A4155 (signposted Marlow). The site is on the left in about 0.5 mile (500 yards past entrance to Swiss Farm Caravan Site). From the M40: leave at junction 4 onto A404. We recommend not using junction 5 or 6 of the M40, as routes include single-track lanes and steep hills. Turn onto the A4155 (signposted Marlow, Henley). The site is on the right about 7 miles past Marlow (0.5 miles past Toad Hall Garden Centre). Please note, those who do not know the town well are advised not to drive or tow through Reading.

A Great Site

Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite
This is a lovely site, I pitched next to the road - - which can be busy - but it didn’t interfere with my stay. Site is very well maintained, a shop in reception - which i always find helpful. Great customer service and a supportive site team. Wonderful location just outside of the town - with access to numerous shops, bars, restaurants. Good walking by the Thames and also boat rides that you can take. Good public transport and easy to visit other local attractions. Toilet block was lovely and clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back!

great location

Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite
Fabulous location, easy to get to and 20 mins walk into the centre of this superb town, excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops, waitrose and mini sainsburys. 10 mins walk to the thames riverside and its festivals and events. The site itself is a typical camc site in need of refurb and upgrade. The team are great and do the best with what they have got but the facilities are dated to say the least. The onsite shop is well stocked and you can order bbq and breakfast packs from a local butcher. Well worth a visit but dont expect good showers and toilets, they are really old. You would be better booking the site next door, Swiss farm.

Another great stay at Henley Four Oaks

Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite
We stayed at Henley Four Oaks to attend the Henley Royal Regatta. We always stay on this site, when we visit Henley. Again the site was faultless, the shower block was excellent (real showers!), the pitches were generous and the Wardens were welcoming. We would reccomend this site to anyone wishing to visit Henley. Yes, there is some road noise, as the site is along an A road but you soon get used to it. It is a small price to pay to be so close to Henley. We will be coming back again, the next time we need to be in Henley. Thanks again.

Excellent Site

Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite
We loved Henley Four Oaks. It's a bit noisy with the road being so close, but that soon fades into the background. The facilities, the location and more importantly the Wardens were in our opinion brilliant. The Wardens are so friendly, will do anything for you to make your stay easy and take such good care of the site and the pitches. Loved it here and highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location - Another great stay at Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite!

Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite
Location, Location, Location Another great stay at Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite. We regularly stay at the Henley site, as our daughter rows at Henley. We were down for the Henley Women's Regatta weekend and had a great time. The pitches are a generous size and flat and the shower block is very clean with plenty of hot water. It also has proper showers where you can adjust the temperature and you do not have to keep pressing the button! The wardens are very friendly and helpful. While we were there, a bolt fell out of my roll out awning and the wardens gave me a bolt as a temporary fix and suggested where I could purchase a replacement bolt. I couldn't ask for a better service. Yes, the nearby A road is noisy but you do not stay on this site for peace and quiet. Buy some ear plugs! You stay on it because it is a short walk into Henley, which has far more to offer than most towns. We will be back on the site for the Henley Royal Regatta weekend and many weekends after that. Thanks again for providing an excellent site in a perfect location.
