Lovely , friendly quiet site.
Foxcombe House
We stayed for a couple of nights. The staff at the kennels were very approachable and gave us lots of local tips. The site was lovely and quiet. Eay walk to Manorbier and lots around the area. Definitely stay again. 50 p for showers , facilities were perfectly adequate for our needs.

Ceri cassell such a lovely easy going lady. And very helpful. Ideal for me to go to nearby tenby. Lovely views and lovely friendly dogs and staff
Great Stopover

Stayed here for two nights. Large well mowed field on a slight slope. EHU available, water and bins at entrance to field. Single toilet and single shower (50p) are available but no heating located 50yards from field entrance. Ten min walk into Manorbier which has a quirky pub, great beach and a castle. Bus stop to Tenby 5 min walk away through the two fields. Ceri was very helpful and friendly. They came to our aid when our motorhome got stuck in the wet field after Storm Arwen. They towed us free with their Toyota truck. Would i stay again …. Yes, but he careful when the field is very wet.
Filthy toilet and shower

Large field, east to find but narrow entrance.
Toilet disgusting, bin (waste paper but had been used as a sanitary bin) was overflowing. Mildew & cobwebs.
Shower slightly better, but still dirty. 50p gave enough hot water for a quick shower.
Tenby just a short drive away.
Nobody took a booking, we were just told to turn up. No details were taken from us, just a cash payment.

What a Gem!
Foxcombe House
The welcome by the site owners was second to non. Everyone we spoke to was delightful and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our holiday. The location is next door to the exercise field for the dog kennels and whilst there was one night we could hear a dog yapping, for the most part the kennels weren’t an issue.
The site is in a great location. A short walk through the fields takes you to Manobier where there are plenty of amenities including shop, pub and tea shop as well as interesting sites including a twelfth century church, beach and a castle. There is a slightly longer walk to the village catching in some of the coastal path where the views are stunning and well worth the effort.
The only reason for giving four stars are the showers and toilets. Whilst serviceable, they do need updating and aren’t perhaps suitable for all.
