Golygfa Penberry View

We have enjoyed the most wonderful week at Golygfa Penberry View and thoroughly recommend it. It is beautifully kept with spacious pitches and having distant views. The sea can be seen from its South Westerly and Northly aspects. Water and waste are clean and tidy and conveniently placed. The grass on site is regularly mowed with all cuttings removed. The site is readily accessed from the nearby main road (which takes you straight to St. David’s five miles away), whilst being far enough from it to not hear it (except maybe for the very nosiest of vehicles). Euros (the farmer/owner) gave instructions via email and text and offered to talk us in if required (which was not needed). We were warmly greeted and then Euros took the time to explain the area and recommend local eateries, walks and attractions, e.g. St. David’s Cathedral – the architecture and ornate carvings are surely a must for all to see. A lane runs to the back of the site (we counted nine cars using it during the entire week) which provides a pleasant walk down to Abereiddi beach and adjacent National Trust’s Blue Lagoon – simply spectacular. Without hesitation we recommend this site.
