Wonderful view

Well maintained, peaceful site with wonderful view across the Severn Valley to England. Very helpful owner. Narrow approach and entrance needs care.

Great Little site

Stayed here for 3 nights in early July 2024 to attend some concerts at Chepstow Racecourse, very convenient. The site is approached by a narrow lane, which can get overgrown, but the owner Phil tries to keep on top of the hedge trimming. The site is sloping but the owner... Show more

What a beautiful CL

A beautiful field with amazing views over the River Severn and the bridges. Everything a CL should be, plenty of walks straight from the site and absolutely loads to do and see in the area. We found a Roman town at Caerwent by accident which was very interesting walking round... Show more

Stunning views on arrival

We only stopped one night on a return home to break the journey. A narrow lane approach, but a spacious field, we had an amazing view over the severn estuary, Phil & sue made us most welcome, the site slopes a bit , but that's fine... Show more

Great site

A well kept, peaceful site with great views. Good electricity, powerful water & very well maintained recycling area. Plenty of space & a small dog walk with poo bin. Friendly owner.

Peaceful and really nice owners

Booked in for a stopover to visit family in the area. It’s a little tight on the last few yards as others have said, my Motorhome is 8’ wide so made it extra vigilant. Well worth the effort. It’s a beautiful place with incredible views. The owners are so very... Show more

Nice quiet site with friendly, helpful owners

Great site; all you can hear at night is the wildlife (lots of owls) and superb views over the Severn. The site is sloping, so you'll need ramps to level. 16amp EHU with good mobile coverage. Right next to the Wye Valley, so a great spot to stay if travelling... Show more

Shame to have to give a good review, it means others will know my secret!

This is a delightful site, quiet and set in a lovely location. There are beautiful views across the channel. The lanes surrounding are quiet and ideal for cycling. Was warmly welcomed by the owner, Philip. There are many interesting places nearby to visit, Chepstow, Caerwent for the Roman remains and Usk.... Show more
