Why stay here ...

Enjoy a peaceful, quiet, adult-only, stay at Frondeg - a newly opened CL in 2024 in the heart of the Llŷn Peninsula. This site is a perfect base for exploring the ANOB, with great walking and cycling routes, outstanding beaches, and pretty coastal towns.

There are five fully serviced and level grass pitches, well-spaced from each other, ensuring plenty of space to set up your table and chairs and enjoy the surroundings and lovely countryside views. Bring your canine companions along; there is even a dedicated dog exercise area to let them run around! Guests have access to an exclusive facility block and free, fast WiFi.

While the site itself is well away from the tourist hotspots, within just a handful of miles there are several enchanting beauty spots, friendly pubs, great eateries to suit all tastes and pockets, and of course the popular towns of Abersoch, Aberdaron, and LLanbedrog.

Frondeg CL is a quiet site for adults only. Up to two dogs are welcome to join you for your stay, be sure to add them to your booking. There is a dedicated dog exercise area where dogs can be let off lead, anywhere else onsite dogs must be kept on the lead due to livestock around the neighboring farm.

Owners, Martin and Alison, are on hand to help with information on local walks, cycle routes and beaches.

Access to the site is a short way off the B4413 LLanbedrog to Aberdaron road.

NOTE: Site access is restricted, and it is not suitable for large motorhomes or twin-axle outfits. If in doubt, check with us BEFORE booking.

Late arrival (after 6pm) not permitted.

Loved our visit to this little site and would have stayed longer if able to do so. Grounds are very well kept. Beautiful views over fields and farmland. The site is pretty, well kept and peaceful. The toilets and showers are lovely, clean and serviceable with added attention to... Show more

Well equipped, quiet site

Stayed on this CL for a week in mid/late September. It is a lovely site, quiet with views across the surrounding hills. Each pitch has electric, water and waste. There is also a toilet block with two modern bathrooms (toilet, shower & sink). The grass pitches... Show more

Best 5 van location in 52 years of using them

The title says it all. If I lived nearer than Scotland I would be tempted to give it a lower rating so there would always be space for me to stay. Water electricity and grey water grate on every pitch. Two immaculate shower/toilets with good views. The owner has not skimped... Show more

A good CL

All very new and clean. Nice to have full service pitches. Very friendly and welcoming owners who clearly want to make a success of their new venture. Only negative would be the tricky turn to access the track leading to the site - OK once you've had a chance to... Show more
